Best Tape For Solid Ink Coverage and Crisp Lines, you’ll want a firm, high density mounting tape. Likely best fit - consider 3M's 400 Series.  3M's 18-Series is also an excellent choice.

 

The 400 Series is designed specifically for printing solids. Gray vinyl tapes with high adhesion. Helps reduce edge lifting. Helps minimize pin holing on solid work.
