Tesa, of Germany, offers a broad range of premium plate mounting tapes for Flexographic and rotary letterpress printing.  Conversource stocks all Tesa tapes in master rolls and will custom cut tapes to your exact requirements.

Each tape Series has tapes for solid/line printing, combination printing and screen/process printing.  520 Series and 521 Series are quite similar, the only difference being the lower plate side adhesion on 521 Series.  522 Series tapes are specifically designed for use with sleeves.  523 Series plate mounting tapes are for rotary letterpress.

 These premium mounting tapes are available in various foam densities for specific types of printing.  The unique closed-cell polyethylene foams are ideal for combination printing and process/fine screen printing. For easy identification, each product has a color-coded logo printed on the tape.

Tesa 521 Series
 These premium mounting tapes are available in various foam densities for specific types of printing.  The unique closed-cell polyethylene foams are ideal for combination printing and process/fine screen printing. 521 differs from 520 Series in that is has lower adhesion on the plate side, for easy repositionability during mounting.  For easy identification, each product has a color-coded logo printed on the tape.

 These premium mounting tapes are designed for use when mounting plates on sleeves and are available in various foam densities for specific types of printing.  The unique closed-cell polyethylene foams are ideal for combination printing and process/fine screen printing.
